College Football Players Are Furious With Their Team’s Bowl Selection

first_imgThree footballs next to a pylon(Photo by Streeter Lecka/Getty Images)One major college football program’s players don’t appear to be happy with their team’s bowl game selection.Georgia Tech, which finished the season at 7-5 (5-3 ACC), received the lowest bowl game selection out of all of the ACC’s teams.The Yellow Jackets will be taking on Minnesota in the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit on Dec. 26.Georgia Tech finished below Virginia (Belk), Miami (Pinstripe) and Virginia Tech (Military) in the bowl game selection process, despite beating all of those teams in the conference.“How do we finish FOURTH in the ACC and get the lowest bowl in the ACC!!!!
